Louise Exeter Profile: I have over 16 years experience of reflexology work. My treatment has evolved to encompass a broader spectrum of techniques. I find this enhances the effects of traditional reflexology for especially deep relaxation and stress release and offers different layers of support with acupressure, meridian therapy, colour work and counselling skills to assist each client’s differing needs.
I use a combination of reflexology techniques from the traditional 20th century “Ingham method”, the “Rwo Shur” method (otherwise known as “modern Chinese Reflexology”) and “Chi” Reflexology: working with the acupuncture meridians running through the feet and lower legs (no needles) . My hands on style is gentle but firm and it shouldn’t tickle!
I hold certificates in Bereavement Counselling and Counselling Skills. I regularly attend seminars and workshops on personal development, life skills, colour therapy and of course reflexology which I am passionate about. My original qualification is based on a two year advanced reflexology diploma course (at Enfield College) in accordance with the guide-lines laid down by the Institute of Complementary Medicine.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
My motivation is to bring some comfort, support and assistance to people through my treatment.
I very much look forward to meeting you and hope I can help!
